SmugMug > popular today > 02-09-10 Yesterday was a t-shirt from Old Navy. I am starting to get strange looks from people.
SmugMug > popular today > 02.09.2010 Tranquillity

I was out getting some alone time and enjoying the peace and quiet when I captured this. The light was exceptional for February...
SmugMug > popular today > Just plain evil

(Feb. 8, 2010) This is Gypsy Rose waiting for Gracey to try to come in the dog door, so she can smack her nose and make her cry. Cats are so mean. (Don't worry, Gracey was rescued immediately.)

A similar view of something I posted in last July.
I like this one because it shows the Adirondacks Chairs.

To my dismay, the boys needed haircuts again. The need comes back around more quickly than I'd like given our busy schedule. I don't have any background in cutting hair AT ALL, but somehow when they were little I decided to give it a try and have been doing it ever since. We tried a real haircut place one time a couple of years ago, which was OK, but then went back to me doing it. I'm sure when they get a little older they'll be asking to go to a real barber. For now, this is fine.

I hope you all get a little bit of a chuckle out of this since we're doing it on the back deck. It's cold out there in the winter, and you can't exactly bundle because of the cut hair getting on whatever you're wearing. The deal is, I cut, then I get out the leaf blower! I used to do this in the bathtub and it's just a lot of needless mess to clean up!

I didn't get a chance to take many pictures, for me, yesterday, so you get an 'action' shot today.

Joey begged me for his own POTD gallery, so I gave in and created one. For 7, he seemed pretty serious about it. His shot today is pretty cute:

When he, Madi, or Johnny have something worth posting, I'll add it. LightningFastJoey is his Webkinz sign-on:-) I am working on basics like moving the tripod left/right and up/down, checking if the exposure is OK, zoom in/out, and framing his shot.

Glad you got a kick out of the McNuggets:-)

I am craving flowers since the gerbera daisies so I went to my daliah files.

Sunny but still chilly here, who knows what tomorrow will bring.

Sorry I have not be commenting very much lately, have been a bit overwhelmed with some issues and just not functioning very well - my neighbors are swearing that they do not smoke but day after day I am struggling to breath.

Does anyone have info on products that would detect smoke residue? On an up note the landlady has ordered air filters which I hope will help.

Hope you are all well and blessed today.

SmugMug > popular today > Even the devil in me need love! - Feb 8 2010

I planned (like last year) a special series for Valentine. So until sunday nothing but Valentine pics... if I can pull it off. To start with... a little devil (me!) that needs love.
Ice is a great subject source for my winter photographs. I don't plan it. It just happens. Ice is abundant this year so it's been interesting seeing all the variations of illumination and formation.
