Military keyword > supply > My truck, HQ64 from the front. Note the names stenciled on the bottom of the windshield: SSG Worrell was the supply sergeant back then. This was a great truck, the fastest in the Battalion (tuned by the motor pool) - which was important when on the Autobahn A81 between Heilbronn and Stuttgart for supply runs.

Military keyword > supply > HQ 64 - the supply truck that I drove. A 2 1/2 ton truck that was quite fast. Back then I was a SP4 - as indicated on the windshield.

Military keyword > supply > The fellas from the supply room were "gods" second only to the "gods" in the orderly room. They could get you anything if the paper work was right. I'm the dorkie looking guy with the glasses on the right.

Supply room people had to have connections because when inspection time came around the inventory had to match the books. Most outfits were usually "over" and had to haul their prized stuff somewhere else until the inspection was over. We had connections with a PSYOPS outfit in Seoul that hid all of our "over" inventory stuff during our inspections and we hid theirs during their inspections.
