I was stationed in Bathe,Maine with a crew of 21. Ower job was to sign off on work accomplished by the yards in ower perspective areas prior to the ship trials. I was 19 years old and oversaw installation of navigational, positioning and monitoring systems. The remainder of the crew totaling 176 started showing up after key systems were operational prior to trials.
