I'm especially proud of this shot of my grandfather, taken during WWII. When I was visiting my family over Christmas 2007 I asked my Grandma to give me all of her old photographs. I took them and sent them off to scanmyphotos.com and 5 days later they returned the pictures along with a CD of digital images. This one was especially damaged, but after about 3 hours of photoshop an awesome picture emerged. During the War he was a radio operator in Germany and has a great story to accompany his enlistment. The minimum draft age was 17, so he and a few friends paid a woman to say she was their mother and sign off on their paperwork! How great is that, you have to love those vets from WWII!
